Land use planning is a science that determines the type of land use through studying the ecological character of the land as well as its socio-economic structure. The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the land use and natural resources for future sustainable land planning using GIS as a tool. So, In this study, a systematic method known as the Makhdoom Model was used for the analysis of maps in relation to the ecological and resources of the studied area. First, ecological capability maps of different land uses including forest, agriculture, range management, environmental conservation, aquaculture, ecotourism and development of village, urban and industry were developed by overlaying geographical maps in GIS for the Township. The final step of this study was the prioritization of land uses considering the ecological and socio-economic characteristics of the study area using a quantitative model. The results of the evaluation indicated that the maximum area of proposed uses is 28.69% that is related to conservation showing this land use has high potential in study area. Also, minimum area of proposed uses is related to dry farming.

The aim of this survey study was to investigate the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and marketing capabilities on greenhouses businesses performance. The statistical population of the study consisted of all the greenhouse owners in the County of Jiroft (N=1022). A sample size of 246 was selected using a stratified random sampling method (n=246). Data was collected through a questionnaire. Content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a panel of experts. Construct validity and composite reliability of the research instrument were tested by estimating the measurement model and they were satisfactory after making necessary corrections. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling technique. Results indicated that the total mean of the greenhouse businesses performance was at a level of lower than average and the customer performance had the highest average among the three dimensions of performance. Also, results showed two variables of entrepreneurial orientation (ρ-value=0.001, β=0.354) and marketing capabilities (ρ-value=0.001, β=0.501) had significant and positive effects on greenhouse businesses performance; accordingly, research hypotheses were supported. Based on the results of the study, planning and effort to improve and strengthen entrepreneurial orientation and marketing capabilities in greenhouses can considerably increase performance and sustain their activity in the competitive environment.

Background: Pseudomonas aeruginosa has become the most common cause of
infections in burn patients. The aim of this study was to investigate the antibiotyping and genotyping of P. aeruginosa isolated from burn patients, Mottahari hospital between June- October 2016.
Materials and Methods: A total of 78 P. aeruginosa were collected from wound infected patients. Identification of isolates was performed by biochemical tests and confirmed by specific 16srDNA PCR. Antimicrobial susceptibility test was done by disk diffusion method according with CLSI guidelines. The isolates were then evaluated for genotyping by ERIC-PCR.
Results: A totally, collected 78 isolates, 77 isolates (98.7%) confirmed as P. aeruginosa by specific PCR. We found 4 antibiotypes, The highest resistance was observed to imipenem and gentamicin (~100%) and the most sensitivity were discovered to colistin (100%). Overally, MDR phenotype were observed in most isolates (98.7%). The PCR of ERIC box produced 52 different patterns and 3 main clusters, 59 (83%), 2 (3%) and 9 (13%) isolates included in cluster A, B and C, respectively and cluster A is predominant ERIC profile.
Discussion: The high resistance to antibiotic in our study may be due to their abundant use as the prophylactic or treatment regimen in wound infections then appropriate use of antibiotics seems necessary and colistin is a proper choice for treatment of burn infection. In genotyping was shown 3 main clusters and 52 different patterns. Then, the majority of P. aeruginosa isolated from burn patients were related and belonged to cluster A.

Rural tourism is considered as a process in rural development that facilitate it by providing complementary agricultural activities, increasing income, employement and improve the quality of life and a balanced and appropriate distribution of services and facilities. The aim of this study was to investigate and to analyze rural tourism development strategies for Doroodzan District of Marvdasht County. Thus, a descriptive- analysis research method with an applied- developmental approach was used. Data were gathered via field work and a predesigned questionnaire. At first, rural tourism development strategies were identified using SWOT analysis model. Then, the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) was used to rank the strategies. The results showed that the best strategy for the development of rural tourism in the study area is aggressive strategy (with the score of 0.2772) and then, the defensive strategy (0.2598). Furthermore, based on the ANN, it was revealed that official efforts to develop plans to expand rural tourism and to create jobs is allocated into the first priority.

Despite the right to legal counsel in prosecution process before the court and tribunals mentioned through international documents and legal systems and/or the necessity of the presence of legal assistance being recognized during investigations and prosecutions nationally according to article 48 of criminal procedure law of Iran and internationally according to international related documents such as International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, execution of this right is practically challenged by the legal ambiguities. On one hand the criminal procedure is a mean in judge’s hand in order to prove the facts and on the other hand is a tool for persons to defend their rights and freedoms. Since many of judicial decisions about the person is based on documents which are gathered through facing the police, depriving the suspect from legal assistance will increase the possibility of his rights suppression. During recent years in both national legal systems and international criminal court’s procedure several changes have occurred accordingly. This article analysis’s the mentioned changes through national law and also the procedure of international criminal courts and introduce achievements of comparative law regarding how to balance between ensuring the right to legal counsel through tribunals and investigations and establishing a fair trial. The article will hereof study and criticize the failures of Iran legal system according to the international standards of fair trial.

Industrial groups have interactions within and outside the groups. In this paper to evaluate linear information dynamics, twelve industrial groups of companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange are used. Two measures of conservatism are used, that is, ratio of sum of price and sum of book value and mean of price-to-book ratio. In the sample periods, to remedy the effects of special factors in the sample industries, the later ratio is de-trended and also to control the effects of each industry, inflation, and some other factors on the various industry indices, two measures are used i.e. the average annual difference between price and book value, and index each industry. Industry analysis shows that the criterion of "sum of price to sum of book value" has a significant correlation and in the opposite, the correlation would be stronger, using the de-trended average of market value to book value the results. Finally, compared to scaled variables on the average annual difference between price and book value, scaled variables based on the index of each industry led to a much stronger results for the coefficient of valuation models based on industry. Therefore, for assessment and analysis of linear information dynamics on industrial groups, with the inclusion of environmental factors such as conservatism in accounting policies, industry, stock market indices, the rate of cost of capital, inflation, the policy of dividend distribution, past and present of book value and price papers, can be used to residual income valuation models.

Applied Linguistics Department, Institute of Humanities and Cultural Studies, Tehran, Iran
Language impairment is one of the main characteristics of children with autism; however, findings of the language deficits in these children have been inconclusive, and even less is known about the language profiles of Persian children with autism. Due to the heterogeneity in autism, we also need extensive investigations on the properties of their language in different languages. The aim of this study was to evaluate grammatical characteristics in children with autism and reveal the differences between with age-matched and language-matched normal children. Research data were collected at 10 autistic (ages 6 to 9) and 20 normal children (10 age-matched and 10 language-matched). First we used The GARS-2, and the ASSQ for diagnosing high-functional Autistic children. Then expression of syntactic structures in autistic and normal Children was assessed by using a measure of children’s expressive grammar. And finally data analyzed with mann-whitney test. The result showed that there is significant difference between autistic group and age-matched group in all structure except in WH question, yes/no question, different type of relative clauses, tense, aspect, mood, different type of pronouns and preposition. But comparison between autistic group and language-matched group showed that there is no significant difference in most structures except WH question, yes/no question, complementary relative clauses, different type of pronouns and preposition. Overall, autistic children demonstrated consistent expressive impairment in questions, relative clause and pronouns that should be noted that should be seriously considered in identification and treatment.
